1. About us

This website is run by OddBods, a trading name of Oddbods Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17535831. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. You can contact us at hello@oddbods.uk.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

Every Odd Bods item is printed to order by our production partner once you place your order. We don't hold stock, which helps us reduce waste.

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on screen. Washed and dyed fabrics, such as our snow-washed range, have natural variations, so no two pieces are exactly alike. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken when you place your order. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before your order is processed, and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order

After you order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we send this confirmation.

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we can't process your payment or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Your order is usually printed within 3–7 working days and then dispatched. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates, not guarantees, but we'll keep you updated if there's a delay.

Please check your delivery address carefully. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you've given us.

For orders outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives.

6. Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them. Full details, including how to return an item and how faulty items are handled, are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Faulty items and your legal rights

Our products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is faulty, misprinted or damaged, contact us and we'll put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Our designs

All designs, logos, artwork, text and images on this website belong to OddBods. You can't copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

9. Reviews and comments

If you leave a review or comment, please keep it honest and respectful. We may remove anything offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

10. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use.

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Your personal information

We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@oddbods.uk and we'll try to resolve it. You can also bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
