Made just for you
Every Odd Bods item is printed to order once you place your order. This means we don’t waste stock, but it does take a little longer than a standard shop.
How long will my order take?
Your total delivery time is made up of production and delivery:

Delivery to other countries may take longer, and estimated times are shown at checkout.
These times are estimates. Delays can sometimes happen because of customs, bad weather, busy periods such as Christmas, or courier issues. Ordering for a birthday or Christmas? Please order at least 4 weeks ahead.
Where do you ship from?
Your order is printed and sent by our production partner from outside the UK. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your location, what you’ve ordered and the delivery option you choose.
Customs and import charges
Our shipping includes UK import duties and taxes, so you won’t have anything extra to pay when your order arrives. For orders outside the UK, customers in some countries or remote areas may occasionally be asked to pay local customs fees on delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away at hello@oddbods.uk. Once your order has gone into production, we may not be able to change it. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you’ve given us.
Lost or late parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, email us at hello@oddbods.uk with your order number. We’ll look into it with the courier and either send a replacement or give you a refund.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbours and your safe place first, then contact us.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll put it right. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
