Our products
Every Oddens item is printed to order by our production partner once you place your order. We don’t hold stock, which helps us reduce waste.
- We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on screen.
- Washed and dyed fabrics, such as our snow-washed range, have natural variations, so no two pieces are exactly alike.
- Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Prices & payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and payment is taken when you place your order.
If we’ve made an obvious pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before your order is processed, and you can either confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order
After you order, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. Our contract with you starts when we send this confirmation.
We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we can’t process your payment or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.
Delivery
Every item is made to order by our production partner, so there’s a short production time before your order ships. How long depends on the item:

Ships within 3 days.

Small volume
Ships by day 8.

Bulk production
Ships by day 16.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates, not guarantees, but we’ll keep you updated if there’s a delay.
- Please check your delivery address carefully. We can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you’ve given us.
- For orders outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives.
Cancellations & returns
You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them.

Faulty items & your legal rights
We’ll put it right
Our products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is faulty, misprinted or damaged, contact us and we’ll sort it.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Our designs
All designs, logos, artwork, text and images on this website belong to Oddens. You can’t copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.
Reviews & comments
If you leave a review or comment, please keep it honest and respectful. We may remove anything offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.
Our responsibility to you
If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use.
We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.
Your personal information
We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@oddens.store and we’ll try to resolve it.
You can also bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
Promotion terms
These terms apply to all promotions, discount codes and special offers run by Oddens, unless a promotion’s own details say otherwise.
- Offer details
- The discount, eligible products, start and end dates and any code needed will be shown on our website, in our emails or on social media when we announce the promotion. All times are UK time.
- Timing
- Orders must be placed within the promotion period to qualify. We can’t apply a promotion after an order has been placed.
- How to claim
- Discounts are applied automatically at checkout or by entering the stated code. Codes must be entered before payment.
- Exclusions
- Unless stated otherwise, promotions do not apply to gift cards or delivery charges, and can’t be combined with other offers or discount codes.
- Limits
- Unless stated otherwise, each discount code can be used once per customer. All promotions are subject to availability, while stocks last.
- Prices
- Any reference price shown, such as a “was” price, is a price at which we have genuinely sold the product.
- Delivery
- Our usual delivery charges and timescales apply unless the promotion says otherwise.
- Returns
- Your statutory rights are not affected. Items bought on promotion can be cancelled or returned in the same way as any other order, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds will be for the amount you actually paid.
- Changes
- We may withdraw or change a promotion if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. This won’t affect orders already placed.
- Misuse
- We may cancel orders or refuse discounts where a code has been misused, shared publicly without our permission, or obtained fraudulently.
