Changed your mind before it ships?
Email us at hello@oddens.store with your order number as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll cancel it for a full refund. Once it’s being printed we can’t cancel it, but you can still return it once it arrives (see below).
Changed your mind after delivery?
You can return your item within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and in their original condition.
- Email us at hello@oddens.store with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll send you the return address.
- Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in the post.
- There’s no restocking fee.
We’ll refund the item price and the standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back. If you chose a faster delivery option, we’ll refund the standard delivery price only. Return postage isn’t refunded.
Faulty, misprinted, damaged or wrong item?
We’ll make it right, free
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem, so we can sort it quickly.
If you spot a problem later, still get in touch, as your legal rights still apply. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery, and you won’t need to pay anything. Please don’t send the item back unless we ask.
Wrong size?
Please check our size guide before ordering. If it doesn’t fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery under our change-of-mind policy above.
Sports bras & activewear
You can return sports bras, biker shorts and other activewear within 14 days, just like everything else.
To keep things hygienic for everyone:
- Only try them on over your own underwear.
- Keep all tags attached.
- Don’t wear them for exercise or wash them.
If an item comes back worn, washed, stained or without its tags, we may reduce your refund or be unable to accept the return.
Faulty or misprinted? That’s different. Email us and we’ll sort it, whatever the item.
